I naturally think
in meaning & gaps.
Different people engage at different points on the customer journey.
Some engage instantly, some after social proof, others only once every objection has been removed. Because you want clients who value what you offer, let's see how a focused strategy can change your game.
Not everyone meets you at the same point
Brand
Stories matter — clarifying who you are before we decide how you sound.
Positioning
Funnels & touchpoints — mapping where your audience actually meets you.
Strategy
Assets — the content and structure that carry the strategy after I've handed it over.
It's not content.
It's not even positioning.
The problem isn't the content, or who to target. It's not how to position your brand, business or yourself. It's not even how to build customer experiences that turn once-off engagements into long-term relationships.
The problem is how to start competing on value — how to face down the content behemoth and know that AI slop isn't the only way. Understanding these things gives your marketing room to breathe, not pressure.
If you find connecting the marketing dots tedious, but know you must be discoverable — outsource it to someone who can string the gaps together.
